I came in this morning at 9am to get my tire checked out since it had been slowly leaking air and I had work at 10am hoping it would be a quick patch up. They let me know that the nail was too close in the side wall meaning I’d have to get the tire replaced. Thankfully I was out promptly within 15 mins! Super friendly, and quick service. I would like to shoutout Wayne, Katrena, and Brian!

I had a great experience at Mavis! My car needed a new battery, and the manager went above and beyond to help me out. Everyone was professional, friendly, and honest, which is hard to find these days. I really appreciated that they took the time to help me without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I highly recommend this Mavis location if you’re looking for great customer service and fair pricing. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Ernesto and Katrena at the State Bridge location in Johns Creek! I came in during my lunch break with a long screw in my tire that was causing a leak. After inspecting my vehicle, they pointed out that my tires were also getting low on tread and explained my options without any pressure. Ernesto was awesome to work with. He was understanding of my budget, took the time to explain everything, and worked hard to get me a terrific deal on a full set of four tires. I really appreciated his honesty and empathy regarding my finances. Katrena went above and beyond with her customer service. Since I needed to get back to work, she graciously drove me back to the office while they worked on my car. She also kept me updated throughout the entire process with phone calls, which gave me great peace of mind. The whole experience was smooth and professional,. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers the way Ernesto and Katrena do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest service, great prices, and exceptional customer care!

He was knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the process. Ernesto also provided helpful information about maintaining my tires and what to expect going forward, which I really appreciated. I had a nail in my car tire and first took it to Mr. Tire, where they told me the tire was not repairable and quoted me nearly $500 for a new one. Wanting a second opinion, I went to Mavis, and they were terrific. They repaired my tire for just $38! The customer service was excellent, the place was very clean, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Hopefully I won’t have any tire issues in the future, but if I do, I definitely know where to go. Thanks for the outstanding service!
